We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase of Skychup Demystified full access, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for every order. To ask for one, go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt email.

After a refund

Once the refund is made, full access is removed from the browser that bought it. The free lessons stay available.
