Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Who we are

Skychup Demystified (the "Service") is run by Skychup ("we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. When you use the Service or buy full access, your contract is with Skychup.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

3. The Service

The Service is an online learning tool that teaches 3D modelling for interiors through guided lessons, a practice studio and a tool reference. It is independent and is not connected with, or endorsed by, Trimble Inc. or the makers of any other modelling software.

4. Your licence

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own learning. You must not copy, resell or redistribute it, reverse engineer it, or get around its technical limits, including access controls.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all its intellectual property, including the software, lessons, documentation and branding. Models you make in the practice studio are yours.

7. Payments

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service questions about orders and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refunds are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Full access is a one-time payment (see Pricing). Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve lessons and features.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or break our policies repeatedly or seriously. Your progress is stored in your own browser, so you can export your models from the studio at any time.

10. Warranties and liability

As far as the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top.

12. Contact

For questions about an order, contact Paddle at paddle.net or reply to your receipt email.
